PROCEDURE:

Orders may be placed using the following procedure.
We receive order through e-mail at ava.guwahati@gmail.com

• Customers are requested to make the Payment through D. D. payable at Guwahati in favour of “AVA” at the following address:-

• 100% advance should be paid
• Order will be dispatched immediately after receiving the D.D.
• Customer will be intimated after dispatching the order.
• Goods are to be checked while taking the delivery in the presence of the transportation Company. Damage if any may be intimated within 2 weeks.
• If the goods are not received within 15 days from the date of dispatch, the same may be intimated to this Office.
• We accept order through email. Kindly send your complete Postal order in the mail with all particulars of your requirements.
• Customer shall be available to take up the delivery at the given address. Non-acceptance of the delivery will forfeit the amount paid as an advance.
• All the orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners. In case the domestic shipping i.e. for delivery within India we use the services of Blue Dart / First Flight/ DTDC/ Gati and for international shipping i.e. delivery outside India we use the services of FedEx/ DHL etc. If services of our courier company are not available for any delivery location, the orders are shipped by National Postal Services.
• Sualkuchi Silk Bazar shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Sualkuchi Silk Bazar.
• Orders placed within Guwahati City may be collected from the Office of the AVA, Guwahati.
• Acknowledgement receipt may please be sent after receiving the delivery.
